Conference and Seminar – No refunds, but attendee substitutions allowed if representation criterion met and cleared through CELA Administrative Office. No 1-day or partial registrations available.

The Oakland Marriott is sold out over our conference dates.  The Washington Inn Hotel (directly across from the Oakland Marriott) is offering a limited number of guestrooms rooms for $149/night.  Go to:  http://www.thewashingtoninn.com > Reservations > Select your check in/out dates and under “Rate Selection,” type CELA in the Promotional/Group Code field.

FOR THOSE FLYING IN… The closest airport to the hotel is Oakland International (OAK). The hotel is 8 miles north of the Oakland Airport.  (BART is now available from the airport. Take BART to the 12th Street Oakland BART station. The hotel is located across the street from the 12th Street Oakland station.  (www.bart.gov)

GUEST TICKETS…
All meals and food events are included in the conference registration fee for conference registrants only. Additional guest tickets are available for the Annual Conference luncheon on Friday, October 20, 2017 and the Diversity Outreach Committee Luncheon on Saturday, October 21, 2017 for $60 each.

NON-CELA MEMBERS: This conference and seminar are exclusively for attorneys representing workers.  You MUST sign and date the declaration in included with the registration in order to attend the conference and/or seminar.  Full-time neutrals, law school professors and law students exempted from this requirement.
