The California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) presents a full‐day, advanced‐level seminar on wage and hour law. This high‐quality program will help plaintiffs’ attorneys stay abreast of this rapidly evolving practice area.  In addition to an update on continuing trends and developments, seasoned practitioners, neutrals, and academics will provide insight and guidance in the areas of independent contractor misclassification, local wage ordinance litigation, approval of class action settlements, and ethical considerations in handling multi-plaintiff cases and class actions (including a discussion of Dawn Lofton v. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage).
