Regular Members must be attorneys in good standing in the California Bar who devote at least 51% of their practice to representing or advancing the rights of employees and/or union members, and do not have more than (1) case on file in any judicial or administrative forum on behalf of an employer.
Associate Plus members must be in good standing with the California Bar and represent at least one employee or one union advocating for an employee in a judicial or administrative forum, and do not represent any defendant in any judicial or administrative forum, whether in an employment case or a non-employment civil case.
Associate members must be in good standing with the State Bar of California and certify that at least 51% of their professional time is devoted to representing plaintiffs.
Law Student Members are not yet licensed to represent clients, but have shown their dedication to the field by becoming members.
