Trial College

CELA Second Annual Trial College

Thursday-Saturday, June 4-6, 2015, UC Hastings, San Francisco

Trial College is currently sold out.  If you would like to be added to the waiting list, click here.

Experience intensive, hands-on trial training, where seasoned employment trial lawyers will guide participants through the different stages of trial: voir dire (with live jurors), opening statement, direct examination, cross-examination and closing argument.

Participants will be divided into small groups, with relatively similar experience levels.  Each participant will be recorded.  Participants will receive critiques and feedback in both group and individual settings.

Interspersed during the full-day training session, leaders in the employment/civil rights community will present live demonstrations.

Using a learn-by-doing approach, the Trial College strives to give participants the confidence to take matters to trial.
